Two senior finance professionals have joined the board of real estate
investment trust
Hansteen
Holdings.
Richard Lowes is the new finance director of Hansteen. He joined the REIT in
2006 as CFO and company secretary. The ACCA-qualified accountant has served in
similar roles for Ashtenne Holdings and Trafalgar House Property.
ICAEW member Humphrey Price has joined as a non-executive director. Price,
also a non-exec at London & Stamford Property, is a former finance director
of Arlington Securities.
“Following Hansteen’s move from AIM to the main market and conversion into a
REIT last year, we are delighted to have strengthened our board with the
addition of three new members,” said James Hambro, Hansteen chairman.
