African Minerals CFO leaves

Craig Smith steps down on 1 September from African Minerals

The CFO of AIM-listed mineral exploration company
African
Minerals
is stepping down.

Craig Smith steps down on 1 September to pursue other interests, and will
work closely with the business to help the transition of his successor.

No time frame has been given for his replacement, although a spokeswoman said
the company was “down the line” in the process.
