Roffe Swayne boosts team with two appointments

Matthew Katz and Elizabeth Huson appointed in Roffe Swayne's M&A and tax departments

Roffe Swayne has promoted Matthew Katz to partner, from associate.

Katz joined the firm in December 2007 from Grant Thornton. He works on M &A, plus fundraising in MBO and MBI deals.

Elizabeth Huson has joined the firm as a senior tax manager. She worked with KPMG in tax issues affecting high net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs.

Matthew’s promotion reflects the significant contribution he has made to the continued success of Roffe Swayne. Elizabeth’s appointment demonstrates Roffe Swayne’s investment in high quality team members which enables us to deliver an outstanding service to our clients.”
