Planned move away from AIM completed today
Listed accountancy business RSM Tenon has today (27 May) made the switch from
the Alternative Investment Market to the main market of the London Stock
Exchange.
The move marks the completion of plans first announced back in December last
year following the acquisition of Bentley Jennison.
RSM Tenon chief executive Andy Raynor hopes the change of listing will help
boost the company’s share price, but there are no immediate plans to raise more
capital from the switch.
