Trafalgar set for administration despite winding up order dismissal

New Homes
has staved off a winding up order against the company –

The affordable housing group had originally filed a notice to appoint
administrators but a creditor subsequently petitioned a winding up order against
the company.

The winding up order has now been dismissed, and Trafalgar has filed a
further notice to appoint administrators.
