Sharemark advisers network welcomes Berg Kaprow Lewis and Ward Williams
Berg Kaprow Lewis and
Ward Williams
have joined the advisers’ network of
Sharemark.
The two firms have joined the alternative share trading platform’s network,
which provides businesses with help in listing on the platform.
“We see Sharemark as an ideal medium for certain companies, particularly
those with a large number of shareholders and consumer facing companies, to
allow their shares to be traded without the cost and complexities of a full
listing on other markets,” said BKL principal Daniel Shear.
The network currently incorporates 26 advisers: from accountants and
solicitors, to corporate financiers and PR.
