Accountants lined up for Rank board

Scoble and Smith lined up for Rank roles

Tim Scoble and Mike Smith are being proposed to join
Rank’s
board as non-executives.

Scoble is a chartered accountant and previously MD of Moat House Hotels. He
served as chief executive of Little Chef and a director of Travelodge between
2003 and 2005.

Smith is CFO of Clermont Leisure, and the chartered accountant spent 16 years
with Whitbread.
