Inchape says Graham Pimlott will step down as audit committee chair for " personal reasons"
Inchcape plc has announced Graham Pimlott will step down as a non-executive
director of the group on 31 October 2010.
Pimlott has been a non-executive director of Inchcape since 25 March 2008 and
chairman of the audit committee since 13 May 2009, but he is stepping down due
to personal reasons, the company said today.
Ken Hanna, chairman of Inchcape said:
“We have valued Graham’s contribution to the board and as chairman of our
audit committee. He leaves the board with our best wishes.”
