Mouchel Group, the consulting and business services company, has appointed
David Tilston as finance director as of 13 September.
He replaces Kevin Young, who left the company on 31 August
2010 after nearly twelve years’ service.
Tilston has more than 30 years’ experience as a chartered accountant and
corporate treasurer, including six years as finance director for FTSE listed
companies.
He has held senior financial management posts at SABMiller Balfour Beatty,
Amec, Atkins and SThree.
Richard Cuthbert, chief executive, said: “We are delighted to have appointed
a finance director with David’s wealth of expertise, experience and excellent

“He joins us at an important time in the group’s development and I’m sure he
will make a significant contribution as we continue to shape the business for
the
future,” Cuthbert added.
