Richard Houghton to leave the outsourcing company during the next financial year
The chief financial officer of outsourcing service provider Xchanging is to
leave the company.
Richard Houghton has been with the company since its founding in 1999,
stepping up to the CFO role in 2003 and guiding the business through an IPO in
2007. He will depart at some point during the next financial year.
Houghton said: “It is the right time for me to move on and to hand over to a
new CFO who will work with me on the preparation of the 2010 results.”
The search for his successor has now started.
