Bowyer takes the helm of Ark's finance function

Ark Therapeutics promotes David Bowyer to CFO

David Bowyer is the new CFO of
Ark
Therapeutics
.

He is promoted to the role after two years as group FC. He takes over from
Martyn Williams, the CFO and company secretary, who was promoted to CEO.

As group FC Bowyer has been responsible for all aspects of financial
reporting and control, tax planning, treasury and foreign exchange. The
chartered accountant worked with Deloitte in South Africa for four years before
joining Ark.

Dr Edward bliss takes the company secretary role after Williams’ promotion.

Ark is a vascular disease and cancer healthcare specialist.
