Corporation has appointed Shirley Stapleton as its interim group
FD.
Current group FD William Fitzpatrick steps down after nine months in the
role, although he remains as FD of entertainment subsidiary Dewynters.
First Artist, which represents hundreds of top footballers including Emmanuel
Adebayor and Andrey Arshavin, has been restructuring, involving the sale of
units, to focus on its media business and reducing debt.
Stapleton spent ten years in the airline industry with senior roles at
British Airways and Air New Zealand.
The company’s prelim results have been delayed for the year ending November
2009, to 20 May 2010.
