    Premier Oil has brought in Jane Hinkley as a non-executive director.

    Hinkley, a qualified accountant, will join the company’s board as of 1
    September 2010.

    Mike Welton, chairman of Premier Oil, said: “I am delighted to welcome Jane
    as a non-executive director.

    “Her extensive experience both at management and board level and her
    financial skill set make her a very worthy addition to the Premier board.”
