Former Tomkins
finance director Ken Lever has joined international business services
company
Xchanging as
chief financial officer.
Lever left global international engineering group Tomkins in late 2007 having
served as FD at the business for eight years.
He was most recently at Numonyx, the Swiss-based technology business, as CFO
and prior to Tomkins was FD at FTSE-250 chemicals manufacturer Albright &
Wilson. He has also held senior finance roles at international construction and

Lever, who succeeds Richard Houghton, will take up his role immediately and
sit on the board in early October.
Since September 2008 Lever has been a member of the Accounting Standards
Board, the UK accounting standard setting authority of the Financial Reporting
Council. He also sat on the committee of the UK Hundred Group of Finance
