Julie Pomeroy joins AIM-listed company but keeps old FD job at Biofutures International
Recruitment software company Dillistone has appointed Julie Pomeroy as its
new finance director, but she will keep her old job.
The AIM-listed company brought in Pomeroy, 54, due to her experience in
similar roles with other quoted and private companies. She has been working
part-time as finance director at Biofutures International since 2006 and will
continue in this role. A spokesman for the Dillistone said that they have agreed
to a specified number of days a year that Pomeroy will work for the company,
roughly equating to two days a week, allowing her to work for the company and
Biofutures at the same time.
She has previously worked as FD of Carter & Carter Group and CFO at
Weston Medical Group.
