Moss Bros appoint new FD

Robin Pigott proves suited to group FD role at Moss Bros

High Street gents clothing chain Moss Bros has revealed it has a new group
finance director in Robin Piggott.

Piggott has been group finance director at Alexon since 1995 but had been at
the business since 1987. He takes over at Moss Bros from Bryan Portman who has
been interim CFO since April this year.

Michael Hitchcock resigned as group Fd in January. A statement said he left
to pursue other opportunities.

CEO Brian Brick said: “His experience and style will allow him to make an
immediate contribution to the Company, bringing new insights to the role. The
Board very much look forward to working with him.”

Moss Bros specialises in branded suits as well as formal dress hire.

Alexon is a maker of women’s clothing operating through six brands including
Anne Harvey, Dash and Minuet Petite.
