Finance director veteran Jonathan Cartwright joins the board of The Income & Growth VCT, as non-executive director
Jonathan Cartwright takes a non-exec role at
Income
& Growth VCT on 1 August.
Cartwright, who qualified with Peat Marwick, was finance director of the
investment trust Caledonia from 1991 to 2009.
He is a former group financial controller for Hanson and held FD positions at
Hanson subsidiaries, Transworld Petroleum (UK), and Imperial Foods.
He is currently a non-executive director at international oil and gas
exploration company Serica Energy, taking up the role in 2008. He was formerly
non-exec at Bristow, which provides helicopter services for search and rescue
operations around the world.
