AIM-quoted company reshuffles executive team, appointing NED Colin Davies as finance director
Mount Engineering, a company which manufactures explosion-proof fittings to
the oil and gas industry has reshuffled its board, appointing Colin Davies as
finance director.
Davies has been a non-executive director since Mount was floated in 2007 and
was a director of the group before that period.
Alan McClue has been appointed executive chairman of Mount, the company
added.
McClue has been a non-executive director since Mount floated in 2007 and was
previously chairman of the group prior to that date.
“The Board will look to appoint non-executive directors in due course and is
currently considering a number of possible candidates,” Mount said.
