    Craftmatic appoints David Rubin as liquidator

    Adjustable beds business ceases trading

    Craftmatic,
    famous for producing adjustable beds and mobility scooters, has entered into a
    company voluntary liquidation.

    David Rubin of
    David Rubin &
    Partners     was appointed as liquidator. The company’s 150 staff were
    made redundant and it is no longer trading.

    He is seeking a purchaser for the business in order to maximise dividends for
    creditors.
