Dr Nigel Wilson takes up senior non-executive role at Capita
Legal and
General CFO Dr Nigel Wilson has joined
Capita
as a non-executive director.
Dr Wilson is an experienced financial executive, having served as first CFO
then deputy chief executive of United Business Media between 2001 and 2009. He
is also a non-executive at Halfords.
Capita has recruited him as its senior independent director, serving on its
nomination, remuneration and audit committees.
“His breadth of experience will further strengthen the Board as we continue
to focus on continued operational excellence and the profitable growth of
Capita,” said Capita chief executive Paul Pindar.
