Reckitt's Colin Day takes AMEC non-exec role
Colin Day takes on AMEC non-exec position
Reckitt
Benckiser CFO Colin Day has joined
AMEC as a
non-executive director.
Day has served as Reckitt’s CFO since 2000. The ACCA-qualified accountant has
held senior finance roles at Aegis, ABB and De La Rue.
He has also served on the boards of Cadbury and easyJet.
AMEC chairman, Jock Green-Armytage said: “He brings both a depth of
commercial expertise gained in his role of chief financial officer and
significant experience as a non-executive director for a number of different
companies.”
