UK’s international finance director is moving to technology product
support services business
Regenersis
as CFO
Jeremy Wilson, a former executive at FTSE 250 company
Electrocomponents,
takes on the post from 7 June.
He replaces David Kelham, who hekped oversee the restructuring and
refinancing of the group and is now looking for a “fresh challenge”.
“He was one of the key architects to have brought the original Fonebak and
CRC businesses together and, in so doing, created the foundations of the
Regenersis that we have today,” said chairman Jeff Hewitt.
