Richard Pennycook has stepped up to audit committee chairman at Persimmon
Pennycook joined the housebuilder in March 2008 as a non-executive, sitting
on its audit committee.
He replaces David Thompson, who has stepped down but remains a member.
Pennycook has served as Morrisons FD since 2005. His previous roles include
group FD of RAC, FD of JD Wetherspoon and CEO of Welcome Break Holdings.
