AIM-listed infection control products business
has appointed Elizabeth Dixon as finance director.
She replaces Paul Barnes, who has served as part-time group FD since before
its flotation in 2005. He continues on the board as non-executive chairman of
the audit committee.
Dixon acted as the group’s chief accountant since July 2007 and was appointed
as FD of its main trading subsidiary Tristel Solutions Limited in August 2009.
