Mazyar Kotwal joins KPMG to develop European companies into India

KPMG UK has appointed Mazyar Kotwal as director in its international markets
team.

In his role he will work closely with Ian Gomes, chairman of KPMG’s high
growth markets practice, both in assisting companies in Europe who are seeking
to invest in India, and supporting businesses in the region to enter European
markets.

Kotwal, who started his career with Arthur Andersen, has 15 years experience
in assurance and advisory services and has spent 6 years with KPMG’s Indian firm
to build and lead a team of 30 professionals.

He said: “For those now looking at outbound investment, India still
represents a golden opportunity.”
