The Management Consultancies Association is to issue revised guidance and announce tougher sanctions in a bid to avoid potential conflicts of interest. The move is in response to concerns that the growing number of joint ventures between technology suppliers and professional services firms could result in conflicts of interest. The proposed changes will be reviewed by the MCA’s council in mid-March.
