IT services group Parity has announced the resignation of FD Alison Leyshon.
Her responsibilities are taken over by Ed Watkinson, billed by Parity as a
‘finance and transformation practitioner’.
Watkinson is appointed on an interim contract to the newly-create non-board
role of head of finance.
Watkinson has worked in the IT sector since 1990, and serves on PwC’s Panel
of Independent Turnaround Directors and is a member of the Society of Turnaround
Professionals.
‘We very much appreciate Alison’s contribution and commitment to the group
and wish her well in her future endeavours,’ said John Hughes, executive
chairman of Parity.
