The administrator still holds out hope for TL Visuals to recover from its bankruptcy and closure
Administrator Tim Ball of
Mazars still holds out
hope for TL Visuals to
recover from last week’s bankruptcy, despite having ceased trading and being
forced to let all its 62 staff go.
Ball told PrintWeek he had not given up hope of selling the business
as a going concern.
‘At the minute, because we’re only one full day away from when we closed the
business, we effectively have got a going concern still; although day-by-day
that disappears,’ he said.
But prospective buyer
Pepper Communications,
which pulled out of sales talks with TL Visuals because of the company’s debts,
said the odds were against a sale.
