Paul Castledine has been appointed by Bentley Jennison to head up the firm’s business services department. He will be responsible for advising family companies, partnerships and sole traders. The firm has also appointed a new head of tax for the East Midlands. Kevin Derbyshire will work closely with the new corporate finance team. He has specialist experience in advising owner-managed businesses on tax planning and taxation aspects of corporate finance.
