‘The new MYOB will maintain the core values of both organisations, delivering innovative solutions backed up with first rate customer support,’ said Simon Crompton, MYOB UK general manager.
MYOB acquired Solution 6 in March. David England, Solution 6 European MD, is staying on for another three months to help with the transition.
Solution 6 CEO Neil Gamble will extend his stay with the company to also help with the transition, having initially only planned to stay on for three months after the deal was struck.
