    Business Week - Granada Media chairman to address AGM.

    Granada Media chairman, Charles Allen, a CIMA qualified accountant, is to address the group’s annual general meeting on Wednesday. After signing a partnership agreement with Boots, Granada is set to launch an informative and transactional website – www.wellbeing.com – and a digital TV channel in March. The partners will create a broadband internet company aimed to provide e-business for health, beauty and well being – Granada will own a 40% stake in the new company.
