Deloitte gets Eleksen call
Administrators from Deloitte have been appointed to take over at troubled Eleksen after the manufacturer’s funds dried up
Lee Manning and Neville Kahn of Deloitte are now handling operations at the
company.
Eleksen said it had no alternative but to appoint administrators because it
could not hammer out a solution to its funding issues.
The company produces touchpads used to control electronic devices across a
wide range of applications, including iPod and MP3 players, with fabric-based
controls incorporated into the straps of backpacks or the sleeves of jackets.
However, Eleksen has fallen on hard times, despite boasting Microsoft and Orange
among its customers.
