FD secures post at video technology provider after taking control on an interim basis in October 2006
Vividas, the
AIM-listed developer
and provider of video streaming technology
and related products, has appointment of Greg Minns, as the group’s FD with
immediate effect. The board took the decision to install him permanently after
he took over in a holding capacity in October 2006.
Before joining Vividas,
the ICAEW member undertook
successful
transactional related roles with Planit Holdings Plc and Azzurri Communications
Limited. Prior to this he spent 18 months with telecoms group
Win, supporting its listing
on AIM in October 2004 and successfully building back office infrastructure.
Welcoming Minns to the board,chief exec Paul Neville said: ‘We are delighted
to have found someone with Greg’s experience to move into the permanent role and
have asked him to join the board of Vividas. His track record in assisting
expanding businesses will be of great benefit to the Group.’
Just before his appointment, Minns snapped up 25,000 Vividas shares.
