Continental banks ahead

A report by Ernst & Young and Paris Think Tank Promithie has found that unlike US and UK banks, continental banks have reorganised the operational and technical side of their businesses in readiness for the changes the Euro will bring and have developed strategies to deal with clients’ needs.

It says ABN AMRO and Sociiti Ginirale in Europe have already developed relationship management programmes.
