    Linklaters names Rupal as global head of tax

    Magic Circle law firm appoints Yash Rupal as global head of tax

    Magic Circle firm Linklaters has appointed Yash Rupal as its global head of
    tax.

    Rupal, a partner for 11 years at the firm, takes over from Guy Brannan who
    stands down after two terms in the position.

    ‘Yash’s focus on clients and people makes him ideally placed to build on our
    reputation as the firm of choice for tax advice,’ said Simon Davies, Linklaters’
    managing partner elect.

    Rupal will lead a team of about 170 lawyers focused on tax issues.
