Budget07: Pensioners in line for grants of up to £4,000

Chancellor announces grants of £300-£4000 for insulation and central heating on pensioners' homes   

Pensioners have been given a boost as the chancellor has gifted them a grant
of between £300-£4000 to properly insulate and heat their home. Also, all zero
carbon homes will be exempt from stamp duty.
