Torex FD leaves by mutual consent
The financial director of IT software firm Torex Retail has left the company
after just seven weeks in the job.
Michael Meade, who had joined the company after 20 years in investment
banking, left yesterday by mutual consent.
Chris Moore, Torex’s chairman, said: ‘Michael comes from the background of a
big company – UBS – and [the way] he applies his management skill, which is
impressive, is just not our cup of tea.’
