Accountancy Age is today publishing the key opening documents from Equitable Life’s lawsuit against its former directors and auditors.

The statements were released to interested parties at the beginning of the trial, and have been quoted from in the national and trade media since then.

This is the first time, however, that the general public has been able to read them for themselves.
