The deal will see Numerica utilise Systems Union’s SunSystems software in order to provide a range of web-based training courses to other businesses including computer training, personal development courses and training for qualified and certified accountants. The courses have been developed by Systems Union through the SunSystems Academy.
The training services will initially be provided at Numerica’s training facilities in central London but the group may also establish regional training facilities if demand is strong enough.
Tony Sarin, chief executive of Numerica said the deal was part of the company’s strategy to develop beyond purely accountancy and provide business services to a variety of markets.
