Land of Leather administrators are preparing liquidation sales in 33 closing
Lee Manning, Deloitte partner and joint administrator, said they were unable to
find a buyer for all 109 stores.
‘Therefore, we have taken the decision to begin pre-closure inventory
liquidation sales at 33 of the stores,’ said Manning.
The 33 stores employ 95 people, and the administrators are looking to
relocate staff where possible.
The search for a buyer for the rest of the stores continues.
