‘It is business as usual at Version One. We have had offers every year for
the last seven years but went with Cedar because we know them and trust that
they will take the company forward,’ Bray said.

The deal will see Cedar’s customer base increase to 3,000.
Cedar has appointed Richard Fisher as Version One’s new general manager, but
Bray will stay on for a transition period.
