Clive Heaphy has joined Sport England as director of finance, as part of chief executive Roger Draper's plan to reform the organisation.
Clive Heaphy has joined Sport England as director of finance, as part of chief executive Roger Draper's plan to reform the organisation.

Heaphy joins from English Churches Houses Group, where he has served as group finance director for the last three years.
Draper said he was delighted with the appointment: ‘In Clive we have a first class finance director. Sport England’s Council and myself look forward to working with him and he will help us achieve our vision of making England the most active and successful sporting nation in the world.’
A spokesperson for Sport England told AccountancyAge.com: ‘The organisation has recently undergone a huge restructuring and re-alignment, and this is a key appointment as part of that process.’
Sport England distributes lottery funds to sporting projects and is responsible for providing the strategic lead for the government’s sporting agenda.
