In last week’s edition we carried a report from Company Reporting stating that the senior independent non-executive director of Photo-Me International (Photo-Me) held an interest in a company which sold a minority interest to Photo-Me. This was an error on Company Reporting’s part. The director who had an interest in the sale is a non-executive and, although sharing the same surname, is not the senior independent non-executive. The company tells us that the two directors are in fact cousins but they are not close family and therefore not related parties.
