Bentley Jennison in Birmingham merger
Top 20 firm Bentley Jennison has gone on the acquisition trail, acquiring the Birmingham office of Moore Stephens, in a mid-tier merger.

The newly merged firm will operate under the Bentley Jennison name.
Bentley Jennison is currently ranked as the 19th biggest firm in the UK, while Moore Stephens is just outside the top 10, ranked 11th.
National managing partner Tony Stockdale said the acquisition was in line with the firm’s national strategy for each of its offices to be one of the leading firms in their geographical location
