Search on for new FD at CMG as Banks steps down
Anglo-Dutch computer services firm CMG Plc said today finance director Chris Banks was to step down from next summer but would stay on as a non-executive director.
The group said in a statement that a firm of headhunters had been appointed to start the seach for a successor.
Banks plans to devote more time to his family and non-business interests. ‘Chris has made a significant contribution to the group’s development over the past eight years and I am very pleased that this move will mean that we will retain his wisdom and advice on the board,’ Chairman Cor Stutterheim said in a statement.
Banks is a member of the English ICA.
