E&Y's Babiak picks up lifetime achievement award
E&Y's regulatory head Jan Babiak picks up lifetime achievement award from Women in Banking and Finance
Ernst & Young’s regulatory head, Jan Babiak, has been presented with a
lifetime achievement award by
Women in Banking and
Finance .
Babiak, who serves as managing partner regulatory and public affairs at the
firm, was awarded at the tenth annual WIBF awards luncheon at the Dorchester
Hotel.
The award is presented to women who show leadership, professionalism or
community service in the banking and finance industry.
‘This award really recognises the efforts of a large number of people across
the firm over a long period of time, so I’m delighted to accept this on their
behalf. I’m also looking forward to all of the challenges we have ahead of us,
so in that sense I’m looking at this as a mid-life achievement award,’ said
Babiak.
