BDO completes its E4C development program aimed at delivering ‘breakthrough client experience’

BDO
Stoy Hayward
has just completed an ambitions program, Energy for Clients
(E4C), aimed delivering a Breakthrough Client Experience to all its clients.

Jeremy Newman, BDO Stoy Hayward managing partner, said E4C was an ambitious
program because this was the first time the firm had tried to give all its staff
a similar development opportunity in a series of one day events run over four
weeks.

‘The feedback on the programme has been really good but the most positive
feedback is that some 92% of our people at all levels, and including partners,
participated in E4C,’ he said. ‘This level of participation reflects an
extraordinary degree of commitment by our people to really understand what each
of them can do to deliver a truly breakthrough client experience.

‘This is the first in a series of programmes we are developing to harness our
exceptional employment experience and translate this into an exceptional client
experience so that we deliver an award winning client experience to match our
award winning employment experience.’
