FD Mark Fletcher has resigned with immediate effect, the company said today.
The FD has stepped down in the wake of the company battling to survive a
trading downturn.
On July 11, the maker of ink refill kiosks, asked for a temporary trading
suspension of its shares on the junior exchange, saying it was unlikely to be
able to make further draw-downs from its loan facility because of an unexpected
slump in trading during the past six weeks.
At the end of last month, the company announced that its main trading
subsidiary, Cartucho Holdings Limited was taking ‘immediate steps to be placed
into creditors’ voluntary liquidation’.
This morning, Cartucho added: ‘The company will provide further updates in
respect of the ongoing financial uncertainty surrounding the company as
appropriate in the near future.’
