LSE probing AT Communications accounting issues
London Stock Exchange launches investigation into IT company's accounting issues
AT Communications, the collapsed technology company is being probed by the
London Stock Exchange after accounting issues were brought to light.
A previous director referred the case to the LSE, flagging up a number of
alleged irregular book-keeping practices,
The
Times reported.
Its financial issues were so severe it led to the
company
filing for administration.
Malcolm Shierson and David Dunckley, partners from Grant Thornton were
appointed as administrators on 3 August.
This followed AT Communications announcing on 24 June it had requested a
suspension of trading of its shares
pending
clarification of its financial position.
