- Mid-tier firm RSM Robson Rhodes has appointed Steve Sanson as director of Corporate Finance. He joins the firm after six years as an associate director of Corporate Finance at KPMG’s Milton Keynes office. Sansom has been actively involved in supervising the management buy out and management buy in transactions including the Victrex Peek MBO of ICI plc and the MBO at Unidoor International Limited.
- Insurance company Green Flag has appointed Mark Tarring to the position of financial controller. He will be responsible for managing the group’s financial arrangements in relation to its breakdown rescue and affinity insurance business. Tarring joins Green Flag from Prudential in the City of London where he was responsible for financial control and management information relating to its investment management business.
- Pannell Kerr Forster has announced the appointment of Jeff Harris as partner within the Corporate Finance Department. Harris has been with PKF since 1987. He previously spent nine years specialising in audit work before moving to the Corporate Finance Department in 1996.
